目的:优选麦芪口服液的最佳澄清工艺。方法:以澄清度、黄芪甲苷、总多糖含量为指标,比较了醇沉法、酸沉法、壳聚糖澄清法、硅藻土沉淀法等4种澄清方法的差异。通过考察黄芪甲苷量、总多糖的含量,优选壳聚糖最佳澄清工艺。结果:壳聚糖澄清法为最佳澄清工艺,优选的最佳工艺条件为壳聚糖用量1‰、药液浓度0.6g/mL、药液温度60℃~70℃。结论:壳聚糖澄清法可作为麦芪口服液的澄清工艺,该工艺稳定可行,澄清度较高,有效成分损失少。
Objective: To optimize the best clarification process of Maiqi Oral Liquid. Methods: The clarification degree, Astragaloside IV and total polysaccharide content were used as indexes to compare the differences of four clarification methods, alcohol precipitation method, acid precipitation method, chitosan clarification method and diatomite precipitation method. By examining the amount of Astragaloside IV and total polysaccharides, chitosan is the best clarification process. Results: Chitosan clarification method was the best clarification process. The optimum conditions were chitosan dosage 1 ‰, liquid concentration 0.6g / mL and liquid temperature 60 ℃ ~ 70 ℃. Conclusion: Chitosan clarification method can be used as the clarification process of Maiqi Oral Liquid. The process is stable and feasible with high clarity and less loss of effective components.
