教育部新修订的《中小学教师职业道德规范》,得到了广大教师的热烈响应,引发了教师对师德问题的极大关注和深刻思考。师德建设具有很强的时代性和针对性。在新的时代背景下,师德有哪些新的内涵?如何加强师德修养?师德建设如何创造性地开展?这些问题,值得每一位老师深入思考。本期教师教育栏目刊发的这一组文章,从教师的爱、教师的责任、教师的人格示范作用、教师的行为等不同角度对师德问题展开了探讨,希望能对广大教师有所启发。
