为解决过氧戊二酸常温下溶解度小和溶解速度慢的问题,通过添加助溶剂和稳定剂,研制成复方过氧戊二酸净水片。为研究其对水中大肠杆菌杀灭效果及影响因素,采用悬液定量杀菌实验法研究作用时间、药物浓度、温度、有机物和酸碱度对杀菌效果的影响。结果表明,100mg/L复方过氧戊二酸杀灭悬液中大肠杆菌的D值为1.50min,浓度系数为1.11,温度系数为1.77;溶液呈酸性时,杀菌效果较好,pH>7者杀菌明显下降;当菌悬液含20%小牛血清时,杀菌作用明显减弱。结论:在常温下,复方过氧戊二酸片剂在水中溶解只需1~2min,而杀菌作用并不下降。
In order to solve the problem of low solubility and slow dissolution rate of peroxomonoglutaric acid at room temperature, a compound peroxy glutaric acid water purification tablet was developed by adding cosolvent and stabilizer. In order to study its killing effect on Escherichia coli in water and the influencing factors, the effects of time, drug concentration, temperature, organic matter and pH on the bactericidal effect were investigated by the quantitative bactericidal test. The results showed that the D value of E.coli in the solution of 100 mg / L compound peroxoglutaric acid was 1.50 min, the concentration coefficient was 1.11 and the temperature coefficient was 1.77. When the solution was acidic, the bactericidal effect was better, pH> 7 Sterilization significantly decreased; when the bacterial suspension containing 20% calf serum, bactericidal effect was significantly reduced. Conclusion: At room temperature, compound peroxomonoglutaric acid tablets dissolve in water only 1 ~ 2min, while the bactericidal effect does not decline.
