在点啮合高副机构误差与变异关系原理分析的基础上,利用误差与变异关系基本方程,建立了机构误差敏度分析的基本方法。文中以点啮合包络蜗杆式分度凸轮机构为例,进行了速比变异的敏度和接触点位置变异的敏度分析与计算,提出了设计此类高副机构时,进行传动性能预控的方法及相关的设计准则,为后续的样机研制及进一步的深入研究,提供了理论依据。
Based on the principle analysis of the relationship between the error and the variation of the high mating mechanism, the basic method of the error sensitivity analysis of the mechanism is established by using the basic equations of error and variation. In this paper, the point-engagement enveloping worm indexing cam mechanism is taken as an example to analyze the sensitivity of the speed ratio variation and the sensitivity of the contact point variation.
