随着分子生物学和免疫学的进展,尤其是近年来有关核酸的结构和功能的研究,对遗传变异、肿瘤的发生、病毒性疾病的防治、辐射机制和分子疾病等有一定指导作用。核糖核酸(Ribonucleic acid-RNA)也逐步用于临床肿瘤和病毒性疾病的防治。而RNA加肝素治疗病毒性肝炎目前国内外还没有报导。本文着重探讨外源性 RNA和肝素混合对病毒性慢性活动型肝炎(CAH)和肝炎后肝硬化的临床治疗价值。并已初步取得了良好的近期临床疗效。材料和方法病例选择:男性13例、女性1例,年龄:20-25岁4例,26-30岁4例,31-35岁2例,36岁以上4例。按1978年全国杭州肝炎会议诊断标准甲项,诊断为慢性活动性肝炎11例,肝炎后肝硬化3例(早期2例、晚期1例)。治疗方法:用南京生化制药厂冷酚法从猪肝细胞提取的外源性核糖核酸6mg加肝素6,000单位溶于10%葡萄糖250毫升隔日一次静
With the progress of molecular biology and immunology, especially the research on the structure and function of nucleic acids in recent years, it has some guidance on genetic variation, tumorigenesis, prevention and treatment of viral diseases, radiation mechanism and molecular diseases. Ribonucleic acid (RNA) is also gradually used in the prevention and treatment of clinical tumors and viral diseases. RNA and heparin treatment of viral hepatitis has not been reported at home and abroad. This article focuses on the clinical treatment of viral chronic active hepatitis (CAH) and posthepatitis cirrhosis with exogenous RNA and heparin. And has initially made a good near-term clinical efficacy. Materials and methods Case selection: 13 males and 1 females, age: 20-25 years in 4 cases, 26-30 years in 4 cases, 31-35 years in 2 cases, 36 years of age in 4 cases. According to the diagnostic criteria of Hangzhou Hepatitis Conference in 1978, 11 cases were diagnosed as chronic active hepatitis and 3 cases were posthepatitic cirrhosis (2 cases in early stage and 1 case in late stage). Treatment: Exogenous RNA extracted from porcine hepatocytes by cold phenol method at Nanjing Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory 6mg plus heparin 6,000 units dissolved in 10% glucose 250ml every other day
