制造执行系统(MES)的引入能够提高石化企业的运作效率,但是MES项目也带来了新的风险,但是现有研究并没有从整体业务流程和项目风险管理这一角度考虑MES层风险这一问题。本文首先对石化企业MES业务流程进行工作流建模,然后建立业务流程MES业务环节风险数学模型,通过求解相应的优化数学模型,能够得到一组优化的风险应对措施投入方案,辅助MES项目风险管理。最后,一组现场经验性数据测试表明本文提出的决策优化算法有效,能够保证整个业务流程在合理时间完成,同时,能够将风险环境下经济成本控制到最低。
However, the MES project has brought new risks, but the existing research does not consider the MES risk from the perspective of the overall business process and project risk management. (MES) Introduction of MES can improve the operational efficiency of petrochemical enterprises problem. In this paper, the workflow of MES business process in petrochemical enterprises is modeled firstly, and then the mathematic model of business process MES business risk is established. By solving the corresponding optimization mathematical model, a set of optimized risk response measures can be input to assist MES project risk management . Finally, a set of field empirical data tests show that the decision optimization algorithm proposed in this paper is effective, which can ensure the completion of the entire business process in a reasonable time, and at the same time, can control the economic cost under the risk environment to a minimum.
