用自行设计制作的两种新型加热感应器,对重载铁路道岔用槽型护轨进行感应热处理工艺试验。测量了热处理后槽型护轨的畸变量,并取样检测了其化学成分、显微组织、硬度及硬化层深度。结果表明,槽型护轨硬化层深度大于25 mm,表面硬度在345~370 HB范围,断面硬度34~39 HRC,显微组织为索氏体,均满足TB/T 3110—2005《33 kg/m护轨用槽型钢》标准要求。新设计的感应器结构更加合理,热处理后槽型护轨畸变较小,可操作性强,能够满足批量生产要求。
Two kinds of new heating sensors designed by ourselves were used to carry out the induction heat treatment process test for the groove guardrail of the heavy duty railway turnout. The amount of distortion of groove guard rail after heat treatment was measured and the chemical composition, microstructure, hardness and depth of hardened layer were measured by sampling. The results show that the depth of groove hardened layer is more than 25 mm, the surface hardness is in the range of 345 ~ 370 HB, the section hardness is 34-39 HRC and the microstructure is sorbite, which meets the requirements of TB / T 3110-2005 “33 kg / m guard rails with groove ”standard requirements. The newly designed sensor structure is more reasonable. After heat treatment, the groove guard rail distortion is small and the operability is strong, which can meet the mass production requirements.
