以规模化畜禽养殖粪便污水发酵的沼液作为有机肥,研究其对土壤质量及小白菜产量品质的影响。设置6个沼液用量的盆栽试验处理,以小白菜为试验植物。结果表明,各处理不同程度地提高了土壤pH,土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效钾含量均与沼液的施用量呈正相关,r值分别为0.618、0.637、0.710(P<0.01);各处理的速效磷含量没有表现出明显差异;重金属等有害元素在农田、蔬菜的国家土壤环境质量指标内;本试验设计中沼液最高用量条件下(每667平方米72吨),单季施用沼液土壤质量是安全的。施用沼液能明显提高小白菜产量,促进小白菜对矿质元素的吸收,提高小白菜维生素C、可溶性糖含量,但是沼液最高用量T5小白菜处理中Cr、Zn和Cd含量均超标,说明大量消
The biogas slurry fermented by excrement and sewage of large-scale livestock and poultry farming was used as organic fertilizer to study its effects on soil quality and yield and quality of Chinese cabbage.
