人类宫颈癌(Cervicalcarcinoma)在全世界范围内相当流行,发展中国家情况更为严重。大量的科学研究发现,高危型人类乳头瘤病毒(HumanPapillomavirus,HPV)16/18(HPV16/18)与宫颈癌的关系最为密切。本文着重从高危型HPV16/18的基因结构、基因产物及其感染人类宫颈细胞后所引起的细胞基因、染色体、端粒酶及机体免疫系统的变化,作一综述。
Cervical cancer is a worldwide epidemic that is even more severe in developing countries. A large number of scientific discoveries have found that HPV 16/18 (HPV16 / 18) is most closely related to cervical cancer. This article focuses on the gene structure, gene products of high-risk HPV16 / 18 and the changes of cellular genes, chromosomes, telomerase and immune system caused by infection of human cervical cells.
