目的 探讨HN 97金属烤瓷外源性着色剂的烧结温度范围 ,最佳上色温度和匹配的瓷粉品牌。方法 采用烧结温度预试验及与各种品牌瓷粉的不同温度烧结。结果 (1)本着色剂烧结温度为 82 0～ 95 5℃ ;(2 )能与Vita ,Densply,Shofu及上齿粉瓷粉结合 ;(3)上色表面光滑 ,色泽稳定 ,结合良好。结论 本着色剂可用于自身上釉温度在82 0～ 95 5℃间的各种瓷粉所制金属烤瓷修复体的一次上色上釉 ,操作容易。
Objective To investigate the sintering temperature range, the best color temperature and the matching porcelain powder brand of HN 97 metal porcelain exogenous colorant. Methods Sintering temperature pre-test and sintering with various brands of porcelain at different temperatures. Results (1) The colorant sintering temperature is 82 0 ~ 95 5 ℃; (2) It can be combined with Vita, Densply, Shofu and upper dentifrice powder; (3) The color surface is smooth, the color is stable, and the combination is good. Conclusion The colorants can be used for enamel glazing of various metal porcelain prostheses made of various porcelain with a glaze temperature of 82 0 ~ 95 5 ° C, and the operation is easy.
