本文用正交试验法，对提取大豆甙元的诸因素进行了研究。采用８５％乙醇回流提取４次．５％Ｈ２ＳＯ４保温水解８ｈ，大豆甙元得率为３．２％。
In this paper, orthogonal experiments were used to study the factors of soybean aglycon extraction. 85% ethanol reflux extraction 4 times. After 5% H2SO4 was hydrolyzed for 8 h, the yield of soybean aglycone was 3.2%.
