思想政治工作是金融工作的生命线,是发展社会主义金融事业、建立现代金融体系的重要保证。随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和改革开放的不断深入,传统观念受到猛烈冲击,新的观念正在形成,使人民银行县区支行一些职工思想上的矛盾和困惑增多。尤其是县区支行职工普遍比较年轻,他们接受新事物快,独立性强且追求个性的特点,迫切需要有效的思想政治工作与之相适应。同时,人民银行县支行处在金融监管和服务的前沿,任务十分繁重,没有强有力的思想政治工作就很难保证各项任务的完成。因此,必须下功夫探索建立具有时代特色和行业特色的思想政治工作新模式,以此来加强和改进人民银行县支行的思想政治工作。 Ideological and political work is the lifeline of financial work and an important guarantee for the development of the socialist financial industry and the establishment of a modern financial system. In particular, the workers in county-level sub-branches are generally young. They accept the characteristics of quick things, independence and pursuit of individuality. They urgently need effective ideological and political work to suit them. At the same time, the PBC branch office is at the forefront of financial regulation and service. The tasks are very heavy. Without the strong ideological and political work, it is very difficult to ensure the completion of all tasks. Therefore, we must make efforts to explore the establishment of a new model of ideological and political work with the characteristics of the times and the characteristics of the industry so as to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of the county branch of the People’s Bank of China.
