牵引力在各动轴上分配是否均匀,常常会影响机车的粘着性能。本文将内燃机车的万向轴驱动系统看成一个弹性系统,论述了各弹性元件(如万向轴及车轴齿轮箱拉臂橡胶缓冲垫)刚度对牵引力在各动轴上分配的影响,从理论上导出了各动轴牵引力分配的计算公式。文中指出,对于非对称驱动的转向架,应使各车轴齿轮箱拉臂橡胶缓冲垫具有不同的刚度(调整预紧量或采用不同硬度的橡胶),而达到牵引力在各动轴上的均匀分配。文中通过实例,将理论计算与实测结果进行了比较。
Traction on the moving shaft distribution is uniform, often affect the locomotive’s adhesive properties. In this paper, the universal shaft drive system of a diesel locomotive is regarded as an elastic system. The effect of the stiffness of each elastic element (such as the universal shaft and axle gearbox arm rubber cushion) on the distribution of the traction force on the movable axles is discussed. Derived the calculation of traction force distribution of each axis. It is pointed out in the article that for the bogie driven asymmetrically, the axle bolster arm rubber bolster should have different rigidity (adjust the preload or use rubber with different hardness) to achieve the even distribution of the traction force on the moving axles . Through examples, the theoretical calculation and the measured results are compared.
