集体协商制度是西方工业化市场经济国家调整劳资关系的有效机制,也是我国在市场经济体制下处理劳资关系的重要机制。该制度的成功与否,直接关系到我国和谐劳资关系的建立,对于实现经济与社会协调发展和稳定具有重要的意义。本文通过对集体协商制度的概念、理论基础、意义的研究,阐释了集体协商制度的基本法理。
Collective bargaining system is an effective mechanism to adjust the relationship between labor and capital in western industrialized market economy countries and is also an important mechanism for our country to handle the relationship between labor and capital in the market economy system. The success of the system is directly related to the establishment of a harmonious labor-capital relations in our country, which is of great significance for the coordinated development and stability of the economy and society. Through the study of the concept, theoretical basis and significance of the collective bargaining system, this paper expounds the basic law of collective bargaining system.
