情绪智力是心理学一个新兴的研究问题,不管是在教育界还是心理学界,都引起了研究者的重视和兴趣。情绪智力是一种保持自我控制、热诚和坚持,并能自我激励的能力。它主要包括认识自己的情绪、妥善管理情绪、自我激励、认识他人的情绪以及人际关系的管理。情绪智力理论为我国的教育教学改革提供了新的理论和新的途径。据此,我校确立了《情绪因素对学生高效学习影响》的课题研究,进一步探讨促进学生积极学习的课堂教学策略。
Emotional intelligence is an emerging research issue in psychology, which attracts researchers’ attention and interest both in education and psychology. Emotional intelligence is a self-control, enthusiasm and perseverance, and self-motivation. It mainly includes understanding their own emotions, proper management of emotions, self-motivation, understanding of other people’s emotions and the management of human relations. Emotional intelligence theory provides a new theory and a new approach for the reform of education and teaching in our country. Accordingly, our school established the “emotional factors on the impact of efficient learning,” the subject of research to further explore the positive learning to promote classroom teaching strategies.
