教师个体综合评价,是提高教师素质,建设教师队伍的重要手段。本文根据现行中学教师个体综合评价指标体系中存在的不适应素质教育要求的问题,从中学教师的基本素质,履行工作职责和工作绩效三个方面构建了教师个体综合评价的标准和指标体系。它是一个全程的评价模式,评价内容和标准有其政策法规和教育理论依据,并且具有较强的操作性。
Comprehensive evaluation of individual teachers, is to improve the quality of teachers, an important means of building a contingent of teachers. According to the existing problems of incompetent quality education in the comprehensive evaluation index system of individual middle school teachers, this paper constructs the standard and index system of comprehensive evaluation of individual teachers from three aspects: the basic quality of secondary school teachers, the fulfillment of job responsibilities and job performance. It is a full evaluation mode, evaluation content and standards have their policies and regulations and educational theory, and has strong operability.
