目的观察普外科护士进行职业案例分析模拟训练效果,以期提高培养护理专业学生自主学习能力。方法 2014年1月-2015年1月北华大学附属医院普外科对30名护士实施案例分析模拟训练的培训,比较培训前后相关知识与技能及护士自主学习能力的差异。结果 30名护士经培训后,护理技能操作测评成绩、信息素质评价与培训前,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),小组综合能力、护理体检、护理问诊等9项知识及学习动机、自我管理能力、学习合作能力均有明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例分析模拟训练能有效提升普外科护士知识与技能以及自主学习能力。同时,实施案例分析模拟训练过程中需辅以护理科研等拓展能力的培训内容,提升了护士的信息素质,从而更好地提升自主学习能力。
Objective To observe the effects of occupational case analysis and simulation training on general nurses in order to improve the ability of independent nursing students. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, 30 nurses were trained in case study simulation training in General Surgery Hospital Affiliated to Beihua University to compare the difference of relevant knowledge and skills before and after training and the independent study ability of nurses. Results There were no significant differences among the 30 nurses (P> 0.05), comprehensive ability of the group, nursing physical examination, nursing interviews and other 9 knowledge and learning motivation after training, nursing performance evaluation, training and evaluation of information skills. Self-management ability, ability to learn and cooperate have significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Case analysis simulation training can effectively enhance the knowledge and skills of general surgery nurses and their ability to learn independently. At the same time, the implementation of case analysis simulation training process should be complemented by training content such as nursing and scientific research ability to expand, improve the nurse’s information quality, so as to better enhance the ability of independent learning.
