我校学生来源较差,很多学生对学习不感兴趣,缺乏学习的自觉性.过去,我们总是靠寒暑假补课,延长学习时间,采取多种“镇压”手段强迫学生念书,但收效甚微.我们这样的学校,如何提高教学质量呢?在实践中我们体会到,只有改革才有“出路”,于是我们在教学改革中做了一些探索和尝试,对考试的出题方式和考试方法的改革就是其中的一项.
