我园是一所小区园,开设了两个小小班。因为孩子年龄小,入园后很容易怯生,他们常用哭闹来表达心中的不安。以往,我们总是在幼儿入园后采用多种方法米缓解他们的分离焦虑,稳定其情绪。尽管如此,他们仍哭闹很长时间。这样,不仅影响了园内的整体工作,更重要的是不利于幼儿身心的健康发展,从心理学角度来看,孩子出现这种情况完全是正常的,产生怯生的
