作为一名语文教师,如果以传统的教师“一言堂”方式授课,我们的课堂教学成就感来源不外乎以下几种情形:教师讲解精彩,学生听得津津有味。于是,你可以在课上直接感受到学生投注的注意力,对你的妙解他们会回报你炯炯有神的注视、报以欣赏的目光或报以他们会心的一笑。然而,一段时间以后,或者三年,或者五年,你会发觉当你孤独地站在讲台上“指点江山”时,你的心却空落落的。
As a Chinese language teacher, if we teach in a traditional teacher’s way, our source of classroom learning achievement is nothing more than the following situations: Teachers explain wonderful things, and students listen with great interest. Thus, you can directly feel the attention of the students betting in class, and they will reward you with your sly gaze, your appreciative gaze, or their heart-felt smile. However, after a period of time, or three years, or five years, you will find that when you stand alone on the podium and “point to the country,” your heart is empty.
