暴力犯罪是指对他人人身及公共安全实施暴力行为的犯罪。在建立和发展市场经济体制过程中，同暴力犯罪作斗争的形势仍然非常艰巨、复杂、严峻。文章结合台州市暴力犯罪案件的发案情况，分析了当前暴力犯罪的主要特点，提出了控制和打击暴力犯罪的有关对策。
Violent crime is the crime of violent behavior against the safety of others and public safety. In the course of establishing and developing a market economic system, the situation of fighting violent crimes is still extremely arduous, complex and severe. Combining the incidence of violent crimes in Taizhou City, the article analyzes the main features of current violent crime and puts forward some countermeasures to control and combat it.
