企业发展的历史就是一部人力资源激励的演进史,激励对于提高企业员工工作积极性和主动性的巨大作用是不言而喻的,但对于激励所产生的副作用的研究甚少。文章对激励强度、员工工作负担度和员工绩效做了相关和回归分析。相关分析结果显示,激励强度与员工的工作负担度有比较明显的正相关关系;激励强度与员工绩效相关性不明显;回归分析结果显示:激励强度适中或较小时,激励强度一定程度上能够解释员工的绩效;当激励强度较大时,激励强度一定程度上可以解释员工的工作负担度。
The history of enterprise development is a history of the evolution of human resource incentives. It is self-evident that incentives play an important role in improving the enthusiasm and initiative of employees. However, little is known about the side effects of incentive. The article makes a correlation and regression analysis of incentive intensity, employee workload and employee performance. The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between motivation intensity and employee’s work load; the correlation between motivation intensity and employee performance was not obvious; and the regression analysis showed that when motivation intensity was moderate or small, motivation intensity could explain to some extent Staff performance; When the incentive intensity is larger, the incentive intensity to a certain extent, can explain the employee’s work load.
