铜离子与镉离子具有较大生物毒性,是重金属水污染控制重要目标污染物。论文以聚乙烯醇缩甲醛海绵为骨架,通过与丙烯酸甲酯接枝聚合反应、与盐酸羟胺的化学修饰反应,制备新型海绵状吸附材料P(VFM-MA-HH),用于吸附去除水中铜离子与镉离子。研究表明,最佳接枝聚合反应条件为90℃温度下,丙烯酸甲酯单体浓度15%,聚合反应6h,所制备的海绵状吸附材料含异羟肟酸基团3.57mmol/g。P(VFM-MA-HH)对铜离子、镉离子有较高的吸附容量与吸附速率,可在15min内达到平衡吸附量的50%,吸附动力学过程同时受控于膜扩散与颗粒内扩散过程。在搅拌混合吸附过程中,P(VFM-MA-HH)对重金属离子的吸附符合全混流式反应模型,且钙离子、镁离子与天然有机酸的存在并未干扰吸附性能。
Copper ions and cadmium ions have greater biological toxicity, heavy metal water pollution control is an important target pollutants. In this paper, a novel sponge-like adsorbent material P (VFM-MA-HH) was prepared by graft copolymerization with methyl acrylate and chemical modification reaction with hydroxylamine hydrochloride, which was used to adsorb and remove copper Ion and cadmium ions. The results showed that the optimal conditions of graft polymerization were as follows: the temperature was 90 ℃, the concentration of methyl acrylate monomer was 15% and the polymerization time was 6h. The spongy adsorbent prepared was 3.57 mmol / g of hydroxamic acid group. P (VFM-MA-HH) has higher adsorption capacity and adsorption rate for copper ions and cadmium ions and can reach 50% of the equilibrium adsorption capacity in 15 minutes. The adsorption kinetics is controlled by both membrane diffusion and intraparticle diffusion process. The adsorption of heavy metal ions by P (VFM-MA-HH) conformed to the mixed-flow reaction model during the mixing and mixing process. The presence of calcium ions, magnesium ions and natural organic acids did not interfere with the adsorption performance.
