本工作讨论了在各种需要测量长寿命α放射性气溶胶的场所,应用双道能量补偿法的可能性及其预期的灵敏度;研制成一台单次测量装置,作了有关的性能测定实验。 用玻璃纤维滤纸取样,在不抽空的情况下,装置在50分钟内可测到1MPC_(Pu)左右,再次证明双道能量补偿法的灵敏度较道上补偿法的要高,改善因子约为2。装置也可用于测量天然铀、钋-210等长寿命α放射性气溶胶。
This work discusses the possibility and expected sensitivity of a dual-channel energy-compensation method in various locations where long-lived α-radioactive aerosols need to be measured. A single measurement device was developed and related performance measurements were made. With glass fiber filter paper samples, the device can detect about 1MPC Pu within 50 minutes without taking the time to empty, proving again that the sensitivity of dual-channel energy compensation method is higher than the upper compensation method, the improvement factor is about 2. The device can also be used to measure natural uranium, 钋 -210 and other long-lived α radioactive aerosols.
