建立了渐开线 -点齿摆线复合齿型的数学模型 ,讨论了该传动的重合度计算 ,并给出了滚齿加工渐开线齿轮的根切曲线方程 ,进而开发了该类传动的计算机辅助设计和分析软件。利用该软件可迅速、灵活地完成该传动的参数设计、性能分析和齿廓绘图 ,生成的齿廓坐标数据和图形文件可直接用于线切割等加工。
The mathematical model of involute-point cycloid compound tooth profile is established. The calculation of coincidence degree of the gear is discussed, and the root-cut curve equation of hobbing involute gear is given. Computer Aided Design and Analysis Software. The software can quickly and flexibly complete the parametric design, performance analysis and profile mapping of the transmission. The generated tooth profile coordinate data and graphic files can be directly used for wire cutting and other processing.
