自2001年国内第一个报业联盟——西北五省区主流都市报联盟成立以来,粗略统计目前的报业联盟数量已有20个之多。报业联盟在中国已经走过了近7年的历程,但它的市场价值仍不明朗,业界评论也众说纷纭,但作为世界报纸发展史都曾经历也正在经历的一个现象,我们不得不正视它的存在,不管怎样,报业联盟已成为报业最主要的“中观”表现形式,介于单张报纸的“微观”形式和整个行业的“宏观”形式屹然存在。它的前生、今世、未来是每一个报业人士和报业的投放者都应关注的问题。正是这个初衷促成我们策划了本次调查,请报业人士和广告主分别填写《报业版》和《广告主版》(请见P64),并传真至编辑部,我们将对调查结果做后续报道。
