挥发性液体药品在出厂时,通常用蜡或塑料封住瓶口,以避免药品受到损失和污染环境。但在实验过程中,不可能每次都恰好使用一瓶药品。这样,开封后的挥发性液体,就会因密封不好向空气中扩散,造成药品库或实验室的严重污染,甚至使某些实验器械受到腐蚀。为解决这一问题,笔者在工作实践中,反复探索,采用水密封法防止药品因挥发而造成的污染,效果良好,现将此法简介如下。
When volatile liquid medicines are shipped from the factory, they are usually sealed with wax or plastic to avoid the loss of drugs and environmental pollution. However, it is not possible to use exactly one bottle of medicine at a time during the experiment. In this way, the volatile liquid after opening will be diffused into the air due to poor sealing, causing serious pollution in the drug library or laboratory, and even causing certain experimental instruments to be corroded. In order to solve this problem, the author repeatedly explored in the work practice and adopted the water seal method to prevent the pollution caused by the volatilization of medicines. The effect was good. Now this method is introduced as follows.
