从碳排放与经济增长相互内生的视角,分别基于环境库兹涅茨“倒U型”曲线(EKC)模型和考虑环境要素的经济增长模型对河南省出口贸易的环境效应进行实证研究,发现低附加值的出口商品结构是阻碍河南省低碳经济发展的重要因素,出口贸易部门的技术外溢则在一定程度上能够略微缓解河南省的碳排放压力。最后,提出了优化出口贸易结构和强化低碳技术创新与共享是实现河南省经济低碳化的必然选择。
From the perspective of mutual endurance between carbon emissions and economic growth, this paper empirically studies the environmental effects of export trade in Henan Province based on the environmental Kuznets’ “inverted U” curve (EKC) model and the economic growth model that takes environmental factors into account , Found that low value-added export commodities structure is an important factor hindering the development of low-carbon economy in Henan Province, while the technical spillover of export trade sector can to a certain extent be able to slightly ease the pressure on carbon emissions in Henan Province. Finally, it is proposed that optimizing the structure of export trade and strengthening the innovation and sharing of low-carbon technologies are the necessary choices to realize low-carbon economy in Henan Province.
