波音777的主飞行控制系统采用电传控制。系统设计成其操纵方式与操纵感觉与其他波音飞机相似,但采用最新技术,以减轻驾驶员的工作负荷并便于维修。整个系统曾在飞行控制试验台上进行了试验,在试验中所有电气和机械部件都安装在模拟的飞机环境中并协调工作。主飞行控制系统还同飞机其他系统一起在新的系统综合实验室中进行了联试。概述B777的电传主飞行控制系统采用电缆传输信号代替钢索进行机械操纵,不需要钢索、滑轮、支架等机械零件,故可减轻重量,而且不像机械操纵系统那样需定期维修、加润滑
Boeing 777 main flight control system using telex control. The system is designed to be similar in maneuverability and handling to other Boeing aircraft, but using the latest technology to reduce driver workload and ease of maintenance. The entire system was tested on a flight control test rig where all electrical and mechanical components were installed in a simulated aircraft environment and coordinated. The main flight control system also conducted a joint trial with the other aircraft systems in a new system integrated laboratory. Overview The B777’s telepromised main flight control system uses cables to transmit signals instead of ropes for mechanical maneuvering, eliminating the need for mechanical parts such as ropes, pulleys, brackets and so on, reducing weight and eliminating the need for periodic maintenance and lubrication as in the case of a mechanical handling system
