矿山大型设备的水平差,一直是用普通水平仪(尺式或框式)和光学水平仪等测量的。使用普通水平仪,要求被测表面必须连续;而使用光学水平仪,要能够在位置不变的情况下同时直接观测到各个被测点。为此,我们自行设计和制作了一种不受现场环境条件制约的、可以直接测量设备任意点之间水平差的简易量具——水平校准器。 (一)原理与结构水平校准器系根据连通原理制成。如图1所示,当水自稳压水箱经联通管升入各只校准瓶并稳定之后,观测管内的水面必然平衡在同一水平线上,从而在刻划上直接反映出各个被测表面之间的水平差。
