近两年,重庆市九龙坡区总工会创新工作方法,坚持破阻点、突重点、攻难点,深入推进企业工资集体协商工作,职工工资正常合理增长机制初步建立,劳资关系得以明显改善,工会组织的凝聚力和战斗力得到显著增强。截至2013年底,九龙坡区工资集体协商企业累计达16721家,建会企业工资集体协商覆盖率达到97.98%,覆盖职工324190人。
