The operation staffs use the secondary classes to conduct political theory study and business training for a long time and it has always been an excellent tradition for Shanghai Petrochemical to strengthen the team building and enrich the learning styles of the teams and groups. In recent years, with the adjustment of operating modes and shifts, the development of the secondary classes in various units is uneven and the learning time is difficult to guarantee. The methods and contents of the learning methods are not sufficiently defined and standardized, and the role of the secondary class learning is weakened situation. During the course of listening to the opinions of staff and workers through the practice of educating the party’s mass line, some employees have expressed the hope that the company can strengthen the utilization and management of the auxiliary class and make it play its due role and become a clear spot for the operation of staff and workers.
