目的:研究PVC袋装汤剂内空气残留量、贮藏温度对汤剂卫生学的影响。方法:将具有代表性的4个复方分别制成袋内有残留空气(空气残留量约5ml)及没有残留空气共16个批次的袋装汤剂,分别在室温(8~19℃)及冷藏(6~8℃)下保存7、14、30d,再将上述所有贮藏的袋装汤剂进行微生物限度检查。结果:残留有空气的袋装汤剂在室温下分别贮藏7,14,30d,其卫生学均不合格,在冷藏下75%不合格;而未残留有空气的袋装汤剂不论在室温或冷藏条件下分别贮藏7,14,30d,其卫生学均为合格。所有袋装汤剂有效保存,其卫生学结果均要好于室温贮藏。结论:快速煎药机灌封汤剂时,须使袋内无残留空气,从而保证药液在贮藏中不长菌,延长其有效期。在夏季贮藏时最好冷藏。
Objective: To study the effect of residual air content and storage temperature on the hygiene of decoction in PVC bag decoction. Methods: The four representative compounds were respectively made into bagged decoction with residual air (air residual amount about 5ml) and no residual air (16 batches) at room temperature (8-19 ℃) and Store frozen (6 ~ 8 ℃) for 7, 14, 30d, and then all of the above stored bagged decoction microbial limit test. Results: The residual air bagged decoctions were stored at room temperature for 7, 14 and 30 days, respectively, and their hygiene were unqualified and 75% were unqualified in cold storage. However, bagged decoction without air left at room temperature or Frozen storage conditions were 7,14,30 d, their hygiene are qualified. All bags of decoction effective preservation, the hygiene results were better than room temperature storage. Conclusion: When decocting the decoction machine quickly, no residual air in the bag should be made to ensure that the medicinal liquid does not grow bacteria during storage and prolong its expiration date. It is best to refrigerate during summer storage.
