目的了解雅安市近年来扩大免疫规划疫苗接种情况,为提高预防接种质量提供依据。方法通过金卫信公司四川省免疫规划信息管理系统,收集雅安市2015年常规免疫接种数据,采用描述性方法统计分析。结果全市常住儿童疫苗接种率94.67%~70.96%,基础免疫接种率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3 750.42,P<0.05),加强免疫也有统计学意义(χ~2=995.75,P<0.05)。多数疫苗接种率在不同区县差异有统计学意义(HepB3的χ~2=95.74,P<0.05;JEV1的χ~2=119.38,P<0.05;HepA的χ~2=105.78,P<0.05)。流动儿童接种率93.08%~51.83%,基础免疫接种率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=569.45,P<0.05),加强免疫也有统计学意义(χ~2=101.51,P<0.05)。全市常住儿童与流动儿童多数疫苗的接种率差异有统计学意义(MMR/MV的χ~2=161.06,P<0.05;MenAC1的χ~2=240.48,P<0.05;HepA的χ~2=156.87,P<0.05)。结论雅安市2015年疫苗接种率有随着儿童年龄增长而下降的趋势,流动儿童接种率低于常住儿童接种率,存在薄弱区县。应完善预防接种服务,全面提高接种率水平。
Objective To understand the situation of expanding immunization vaccination in Ya’an in recent years and provide the basis for improving vaccination quality. Methods The immunization planning information management system of Sichuan Province was used by Jin Weixin Company to collect routine immunization data of 2015 in Ya’an City. The descriptive method was used for statistical analysis. Results The vaccination rate of resident children in the city was 94.67% ~ 70.96%, the difference of basic immunization rate was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 3 750.42, P <0.05), and the immunity was also statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 995.75, P < 0.05). The majority of vaccination rates in different districts and counties were statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 95.74, P <0.05 for HepB3; χ ~ 2 = 119.38 for JEV1, P <0.05; χ ~ 2 = 105.78, P <0.05 for HepA) . The vaccination rate of floating children was between 93.08% and 51.83%, and the difference of basic immunization rates was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 569.45, P <0.05). There was also statistical significance in enhancing immunity (χ ~ 2 = 101.51, P <0.05). The vaccination rates of most vaccinations of resident children and migrant children in the city were statistically different (χ ~ 2 = 161.06, P <0.05 for MMR / MV; χ ~ 2 = 240.48, P <0.05 for MenAC1; χ ~ 2 = 156.87 for HepA , P <0.05). Conclusions The vaccination rate in 2015 in Ya’an City tends to decrease with the increase of children’s age. The vaccination rate of migrant children is lower than that of resident children, and there are weak districts and counties. Vaccination services should be improved to raise the overall level of vaccination.
