Chinese language teachers use a specific content of the text to consciously and purposefully restore the construction of a fragmented situation that is close to life and has a certain emotional color. It is called a “small situation.” The teacher instructs students to perceive textual content, experience textual emotions, comprehend the text’s subject matter, and achieve an understanding of the meaning of the text in this “small situation”. The situation created in the “small situation” language teaching is because it is an intentionally created and optimized situation of teachers and students, so it can better achieve the induced situation.
