《语文课程标准》指出:第一学段养成正确的写字姿势和良好的写字习惯,了解汉字的基本知识,能把硬笔字书写规范、端正、整洁,初步感受汉字的优美。然而,在我们实际的教学过程中,写字教学出现了被边缘化的危机,写字往往成为了一种教学的点缀,一些观摩课、公开课上更难得一见写字教学的影子。结果不但没完成本身的写字教学任务,还影响了其它环节的教学,如识字和阅读等,造成部分学生写字兴趣不浓,字迹潦草……对此,笔者认为小学低年级语文课堂教学必须要重视写字指导。
