随着我国建筑能耗的快速增长,其占社会总能耗的比重也在快速提高,建筑作为节能减排的重要载体,其与可再生能源的结合对于国家调整能源结构、实施国家能源战略、满足能源日益增长的需求等具有重要意义。我国分布式可再生能源建筑应用历经从无到有、由点连线、由线到面3个阶段、近10年的发展,已经进入了区域化、规模化发展的新阶段,国家和地方的相关政策、法规和标准体系建设成效显著。我国分布式可再生能源建筑应用还具有非常大的发展潜力,为了实现2020年可再生能源在建筑领域消费比例占建筑能耗15%以上的目标,需要从发展路径、技术创新和政策创新等多方面推动分布式可再生能源建筑应用的发展。
