An ordinary high school history curriculum standard sets clear requirements for the development of historical curriculum resources [1], which is undoubtedly beneficial to the realization of the curriculum goal. The problem is how to develop curriculum resources in classroom teaching, to maximize the efficiency of classroom teaching, deepen students’ thorough understanding of historical phenomena, which is commonly referred to as the technical problems of the development and operation of historical materials.
