本文扼要地叙述了“标准”的基本原理、测量方法和误差分析,着重指出进一步提高“标准”的精度和频率范围的主要措施。第一次明确地提出采用径向线失谐的方法,来消除高频座本身的谐振,成功地解决了以高精度、宽频带(10兆赫~几千兆赫)实现电压测量这样一个有价值的问题。本文还叙述了“标准”的特点、重要性和主要用途,最后叙述了确定“标准”的精度问题,着重提出了一种和NBS功率计对比的方法以及高频电压测量中的两个基本问题。
This paper briefly describes the “standard” of the basic principles, measurement methods and error analysis, highlighting the standard to further improve the accuracy and frequency range of the main measures. For the first time, the method of using radial line detuning is explicitly proposed to eliminate the resonance of the high-frequency base itself and successfully solve such a valuable problem of achieving voltage measurement with high precision and wide frequency band (10 MHz to several GHz) problem. This article also describes the “standard” features, importance and main purposes, the last described the “standard” to determine the accuracy of the problem, with a focus on the proposed NBS power meter and high frequency voltage measurement of two basic issues .
