本文对机械制造中用量很大的45~#钢的热处理节能新工艺进行了分析,并分别举实例加以说明节能新工艺的应用。同时对太阳能表面合金化节能新工艺和45~#钢常规热处理中值得重视的一个节能方法进行了介绍。
In this paper, a large amount of 45 # steel in the machinery manufacturing heat-treatment energy-saving new technology were analyzed and examples are given to illustrate the application of new energy-saving technology. At the same time, a new energy-saving technology for the alloying of the solar energy surface and an energy-saving method worthy of attention in the conventional heat treatment of 45 ~ # steel are introduced.
