利用电解抛光机与X射线衍射仪,研究7075高强铝合金淬火和表面喷丸试样表层电解抛光工艺及其表层残余应力分布。结果表明,合理调整电解抛光液的浓度与抛光电流密度,可使NaOH与NaCl溶液成为铝板剥层的理想溶液。另外,表层初始残余应力梯度可表征冷作程度,对应力测量影响较大。
Electrolytic polishing machine and X-ray diffractometer were used to study the surface electropolishing process and the surface residual stress distribution of 7075 high-strength aluminum alloy quenched and surface shot-peening specimens. The results show that NaOH solution and NaCl solution can be the ideal solutions for aluminum stripping by reasonably adjusting the concentration of polishing solution and polishing current density. In addition, the initial surface residual stress gradient can characterize the degree of cold work, the impact of stress measurement.
