In recent years, the social issues around the global environment have become more and more serious. How to minimize environmental pollution, destruction and waste of resources caused by human factors has become a topic of great concern and urgent solution to mankind. In terms of the large amount of plastic film used, it is difficult to realize the recycling and reuse of the waste film because of its wide variety, the difficulty of recovering separately and the economic cost. Therefore, at present, most countries still can only adopt the same method as general rubbish, carry out incineration volume reduction treatment or carry out deep processing after being shipped out. However, in this process, due to the discharge of a large amount of harmful substances such as dioxins or heavy metals that cause the environment
