一、教材是怎样安排小数教学的,为什么要这样安排? 小数的教学分两个阶段进行。第一阶段安排在第四册。重点是小数的初步认识,只结合学生日常生活中比较熟悉的元、角、分的十进关系,进行简单的小数加减法计算;第二阶段安排在第七册,系统地学习小数的基础知识、四则计算及相应的应用题。这样安排的原因:一是小数的概念比较抽象。学生较难理解,分两个阶段进行教学,符合从直观
