目的:应用急性肝损伤动物模型观察灵猫方的保肝降酶作用。方法:建立ANIT小鼠急性肝损伤、CCl4大鼠急性肝损伤动物模型,实验分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、灵猫方低剂量组、灵猫方中剂量组和灵猫方高剂量组,分别给予相应处理,处死动物。分离血清测定AST、ALT。结果:与模型组相比,灵猫方低剂量、中剂量和高剂量可明显降低ANIT急性肝损伤小鼠ALT水平(P<0.05),灵猫方中剂量、高剂量组的AST均明显降低(P<0.05);与模型组相比,灵猫方低剂量、中剂量和高剂量可明显降低CCl4急性肝损伤大鼠的ALT水平(P<0.05),低剂量组的AST水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:灵猫方对急性肝损伤具有保肝降酶作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Cimicifuga on hepatic and hypoglycemic activity in acute liver injury animal model. Methods: Animal models of acute hepatic injury and CCl4-induced acute liver injury were established in ANIT mice. The experiment was divided into normal control group, model group, positive control group, low dose Lingmafang group, middle dose Lingmaofang group and high dose Lingmaifang group , Were given the appropriate treatment, animals were sacrificed. Separation of serum test AST, ALT. Results: Compared with the model group, the low dose, middle dose and high dose of Lingmao Recipe could significantly reduce the level of ALT in ANIT acute liver injury mice (P <0.05), while that in Lingmai Fang medium dose and high dose group decreased significantly (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the low dose, middle dose and high dose of Lingmao Recipe could significantly reduce the level of ALT in CCl4-induced acute liver injury (P <0.05) and the level of AST in low dose group (P <0.05) ). CONCLUSION: Lingmao Recipe has hepatoprotective effect on acute liver injury.
