通过多年对中职校“订单生”就业后情况的跟踪,发现普遍存在企业对中职校“订单生”认同感不高的现象。笔者通过深入调研,认真思考、探索提出四个模式的创新(即创新合作招生模式、创新班级管理模式、创新教学实践模式、创新职业指导模式),并大胆实践。通过几年的探索,四个模式的创新取得了明显的成效,中职校“订单生”的比例不断提升,企业对中职校“订单生”认可度也大大提升。
After years of follow-up on the employment situation of vocational schools “order birth ” after employment, it is found that enterprises generally have a low sense of identity with “order births” in secondary vocational schools. Through in-depth research and careful reflection, the author explores and proposes four models of innovation (that is, innovative cooperative enrollment mode, innovative class management mode, innovative teaching practice mode and innovative career guidance mode) and boldly practices. After several years of exploration, the innovation of the four models has achieved remarkable results. The proportion of secondary vocational schools has been continuously raised, and the recognition of secondary schools has also been greatly enhanced.
