运用应激控制的理论,在中学篮球选项教学中进行了应用研究。主要通过:(1)使用自我谈话、认知情绪控制法、合理情绪调节法、中止思维法等内在的心理状态调节方法,调节刺激强度,控制应激源头;(2)引导学生对学习过程中的应激情绪有一个正确的评价,合理的改善应激状态;(3)帮助学生学会能动地控制自己的应激心理,使其保持心理平衡,处于适宜的焦虑程度进行学习等方法和途径,以更好地促进学生身心和谐发展,提高体育教学质量,为教学任务顺利完成提供心理基础。
Applying the theory of stress control, this paper makes an applied research in middle school basketball option teaching. Mainly through: (1) the use of self-talk, cognitive emotion control law, reasonable emotional regulation, suspension of thinking and other internal psychological state regulation methods to adjust the intensity of stimulation to control the source of stress; (2) to guide students in the learning process (3) to help students learn to actively control their own stress psychology, to maintain their psychological balance, at a suitable level of anxiety to learn and other methods and ways, In order to better promote the harmonious development of physical and mental health of students, improve the quality of physical education and provide a psychological basis for the successful completion of teaching tasks.
