Web技术的出现为化学软件及其他化学信息资源导航系统的建立创造了便利条件,为化学家迅速获取化学信息资源提供了便捷的手段。同时,Web技术在更深层次上进一步促进了化学软件的集成、分子结构可视化技术和化学软件标准的形成,对化学软件的发展产生着深刻的影响。化学软件的集成和化学软件标准的形成已经成为化学软件发展的两个重要趋势。文章从化学软件的集成、分子结构的可视化处理、化学软件标准、标记和描述语言等几个方面讨论了Web技术与化学信息资源相结合形成的特点及其对化学软件发展的影响。同时,讨论了为应用Web技术表达化学信息而形成的网络标准。此外,还对几个重要的化学软件导航系统做了概括性的介绍。
The advent of Web technology has facilitated the establishment of chemical software and other chemical information resource navigation systems, and has provided a convenient means for chemists to quickly obtain chemical information resources. At the same time, Web technology further promotes the integration of chemical software, the visualization of molecular structure and the formation of chemical software standards to a deeper level, which has a profound impact on the development of chemical software. The integration of chemical software and the formation of chemical software standards have become two important trends in the development of chemical software. The article discusses the characteristics of the combination of Web technology and chemical information resources and its influence on the development of chemical software from the aspects of chemical software integration, visualization of molecular structure, chemical software standards, markup and description language. In the meantime, the network standards developed to express chemical information using Web technologies are discussed. In addition, several important chemical software navigation system is also made a brief introduction.
