消失模白区温度的合理调控对铝合金缸体铸件质量的好坏有着决定性的作用。针对目前铝合金缸体消失模铸造的白区温度调节系统对温度进行调节时存在波动性大、精度低等不足,不能很好地为提高铝合金缸体铸件的质量提供保障,本文提出了单片机控制的铝合金缸体消失模铸造白区温度调节系统。首先,对铝合金缸体消失模铸造工艺进行了研究,分析了消失模铸造白区温度的调节要求。然后,阐述了铝合金缸体消失模铸造白区温度调节系统的方案设计,硬件构成及程序控制的原理。最后,通过仿真实验的对比分析表明,本文设计的温度调节系统具有调节时间短、温度控制准确度高等特点。
Lack of white mold temperature control of the aluminum alloy cylinder block casting quality is decisive role. In order to improve the quality of the aluminum alloy cylinder block casting, the white area temperature control system of the aluminum alloy cylinder block lost foam casting has the disadvantages of high volatility and low precision when adjusting the temperature. In this paper, Controlled aluminum alloy cylinder lost foam casting white zone temperature control system. First of all, the EPC process of aluminum alloy cylinder was studied, and the requirement of temperature regulation in the white area of EPC was analyzed. Then, the scheme design, the hardware structure and the principle of program control of the aluminum alloy cylinder white mold temperature control system are expounded. Finally, the comparative analysis of simulation experiments shows that the temperature control system designed in this paper has the characteristics of short adjustment time and high temperature control accuracy.
