本文就梅山菱铁精矿的物化性能、造球性能和生球破裂温度及其焙烧特性进行了研究。在球团焙烧特性研究的基础上得出了球团矿强度、FeO含量和脱硫率三个经验模型。这些模型通过验证试验证明是可靠的,可用于焙烧球团矿质量的预报。
In this paper, the physicochemical properties of Meishan siderite concentrate, the performance of pelletizing and the rupture temperature of pellets and their roasting properties were studied. Based on the study of roasting characteristics of pellets, three empirical models of pellet strength, FeO content and desulfurization rate were obtained. These models proved to be reliable through the verification test and can be used to predict the mass of the pellets.
