建筑施工项目成本管理在整个企业项目体系中处于十分重要的地位,对降低工程成本,增加经济效益,提高职工的主人翁意识和劳动积极性都有极其重要的作用。本文通过对建筑工程项目的成本进行分析,提出控制项目成本的一些措施及意见,期望能在加强企业项目作为建筑施工企业工程项目施工的一种基本构成组织形式,如何优质、高效的完成施工任务,特别是有效的加强工程项目的成本管理和控制,获取较好的盈利,已成为企业能否发展和壮大的关键所在。
Construction project cost management in the entire enterprise project system is in a very important position, to reduce construction costs, increase economic efficiency, improve employee ownership and motivation are extremely important role.
